Privacy

Who we are

nchova is made by Forcelab (VAT IT14481340967), which is responsible for the data described on this page.

This site

No cookies, and nothing loaded from anyone else: the fonts are served from here. It counts visits and downloads with Vercel Web Analytics, which tells one visit from another by a code that changes every day and stores no IP address, no cookie, nothing that identifies you. Vercel, which hosts the site, may keep the usual technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run it.

The app

nchova has no servers of its own and asks for no account. Audio and voiceprints never leave your Mac. Transcripts and notes stay on the Mac, and go to your own iCloud only if you turn on sync (Pro).

What leaves the Mac

For the Pro licence, nchova sends Polar the key and the Mac’s name. If your own Claude Code or Codex writes the notes, the meeting’s transcript goes to Anthropic or OpenAI, under your subscription. If you connect an AI assistant through the MCP server, that assistant reads your meetings (never your dictation). If you turn on iCloud sync (Pro), transcripts and notes go to your own iCloud.

What only comes in

nchova downloads its models from Hugging Face, once per model, and checks nchova.com for updates. Nothing of yours goes with these requests beyond what any connection carries, such as the IP address.

Purchases

Pro is sold through Polar, which sells on our behalf (merchant of record): payment, invoice and VAT are handled by Polar, under its own privacy policy.
